At Virasat, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, ensuring that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Below are our shipping and return policies to help you understand how we process and manage your orders.

Shipping Policy

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service availability.

  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the order.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery time varies based on the destination.

  • Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which will be borne by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our handcrafted products and ensure quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please refer to the return policy below:

  • Exchange for Incorrect/Damaged Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery, free of charge.

  • Exchange for Other Reasons: You may exchange an item within 7 days of delivery. However, delivery charges for the return will be applicable.

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging.

  • We do not offer refunds; exchanges or store credit will be provided in applicable cases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

Final Change of Mind Policy

  • Change of mind is not applicable under the above return and exchange policy.

  • If you have a change of mind, kindly contact us for cancellation within 2 hours of order placement.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@virasat.com.pk with your order details and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will verify your request and provide return shipping details.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange or issue store credit accordingly.

Important Notes

  • Virasat is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a returned item does not meet the policy requirements, it will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

  • The decision regarding returns and exchanges is at the sole discretion of Virasat.
