1. What is Virasat? Virasat is a brand dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional craftsmanship through hand-block printed and naturally dyed fabrics.
2. What materials do you use for your products? We use premium-quality fabrics that are carefully hand-sourced by our team. All our prints are created using traditional hand-block printing techniques and natural vegetable dyes.
3. Do you offer customization? Currently, we do not offer customization on our products. However, we are constantly working on expanding our offerings.
4. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to monitor your shipment through assigned courier company link.
5. What are your shipping charges? Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location and weight of the package. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
6. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. What is your return policy?

You can request an exchange within 3 days if you receive a wrong or defective item.

8. What if my product has slight variations in color or print? Our products are handcrafted, which means slight variations in color, motifs, and patterns are normal. These imperfections highlight the authenticity of hand-block printing.
9. Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
10. What if I change my mind after receiving the product? Change of mind is not applicable under our return and exchange policy. If you need assistance, contact our customer support team.

12. How long does it take to process a return or exchange? Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange or store credit within 5-7 business days.
